The redevelopment of Blackburn Rovers Ewood Park Stadium saw the construction of replacement stands to three sides of the ground, providing 24,219 seats, with Executive Lounges and conferencing facilities.

In addition, the Jack Walker Stand provided new football club facilities, including changing rooms and offices.

This 10,500 seat new-build stadium is the new home and headquarters for Chesterfield Football Club, and provides a 365 day venue with its hospitality and conferencing facilities, together with a recreational area for community use within the East Stand.

O’Neil and Partners acted as Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyor, providing full services including initial feasibility budget cost estimating, preparation of contract documents, monthly interim valuations and cost reporting, and settlement and agreement of the final account.
