The extension and refurbishment of the existing bar and function room facilities at Leigh Cricket, Tennis and Bowling Club has provided the multi sports club with a contemporary new feel, and helped the club make better use of its facilities and location.

The extension works have provided two flexible function rooms with new entrances and new toilet facilities, whilst the refurbishment of the existing bar area to the contemporary Bar 1854 provides fully glazed views across the sporting facilities, enhanced by the extended balcony seating area.

The project comprised the complete refurbishment of a 3 storey Victorian residential block to provide 28,000 square feet of offices and training accommodation.
