This project comprised the complete refurbishment of an existing first floor office area and construction of a new 2 storey glazed entrance and reception area with lift within a live working environment
This, together with extensive remodelling of external areas to provide 3500 m² of new car parking with associated drainage.
O’Neil and Partners were directly employed as Project Quantity Surveyors on each phase of the works, providing full QS services including initial feasibility budget cost estimating, preparation of traditional tender and contract documents, monthly interim valuations and cost reporting, and settlement and agreement of the final accounts.
