O'Neil and Partners were engaged by Warburtons Limited to provide Quantity Surveying services on their new 3300m² bakery production building at their existing site in Burnley.

The 10m eaves height building included a 1500m² mezzanine and four 23m high silos to serve the new facility, which was dedicated to new alternative sandwich lines, including wraps and sandwich thins, and formed part of Warburton’s £20m investment in the new facility.

O'Neil and Partners were employed by Atherton Windows Limited as Quantity Surveyors to cost manage the procurement and construction of this new build production facility with offices and showroom on Leigh Business Park.

This 1850m² development on the 3.2 acre site included external material delivery and storage areas, car parking and drainage works.

O'Neil and Partners were engaged by Evolve Group Limited part way through the construction phase of this 2560 m² new build production facility to resolve disputes and to agree a final account with the Design and Build Contractor.

The successful resolution and agreement of the final account within the Client’s budget lead to O’Neil and Partners being appointed as Project Quantity Surveyors from inception on future phases of work to extend the facility.
