This new build, 127 bed, 9950m² hotel with conference facilities, health and fitness suite and swimming pool was constructed on Cobalt Business Park on the eastern side of Newcastle-upon- Tyne.
Full QS services were provided by O’Neil and Partners, including initial feasibility budget cost estimating and traditional tendering procurement utilising measured Bills of Quantities.
Also included: preparation of contract documents, monthly interim valuations and cost reporting, and settlement and agreement of the final account.
