This new build 123 bed hotel with conference facilities, health and fitness suite and swimming pool was constructed on a disused quarry site adjacent the River Medway in Kent.

The varying site levels were utilised to provide the basement level leisure facilities, service roadway and split level car parking.

This new build, 127 bed, 9950m² hotel with conference facilities, health and fitness suite and swimming pool was constructed on Cobalt Business Park on the eastern side of Newcastle-upon- Tyne.

Full QS services were provided by O’Neil and Partners, including initial feasibility budget cost estimating and traditional tendering procurement utilising measured Bills of Quantities.

This new build development within the grounds of Manor Foundation High School comprises eight 3G 5-a-side floodlit football pitches, a dedicated 60x40m coaching arena and natural grass football pitch, together with a 6000 sq ft pavilion housing changing facilities, a 55 station gym, dance studio and sports bar lounge.

Employed as Project Quantity Surveyors by Pulse Fitness Limited, O’Neil and Partners procured and cost managed a Construction Management Agreement and separate Trade Contracts on the pavilion scheme, together with a Design & Build contract for the pitch works to ensure the successful completion of this state of the art leisure development.

O'Neil and Partners provided Quantity Surveying services to Longhoughton Village Development Trust on this new build scheme to provide a Community Centre.

The project consisted of changing rooms, a floodlit third generation artificial football pitch and 2 natural grass football pitches, together with associated car parking and drainage works.

O’Neil and Partners acted as Quantity Surveyors to the British Judo Association on the redevelopment of 3 Nr judo clubs, which comprised the demolition and rebuilding of each facility.

Working with the BJA and the individual clubs to ensure the strict funding criteria of Sport England were met and adhered to, each scheme was successfully completed within the budgeted funding allocations and timescales available.
