The project comprised general internal refurbishment of existing offices, GP consulting rooms and w.c. facilities, which were undertaken in specific phases to ensure the continuous operation of the Health Centre.
Full QS services were provided, including initial feasibility budget cost estimating, traditional tendering procurement utilising measured Bills of Quantities, preparation of contract documents, monthly interim valuations and cost reporting, and settlement and agreement of the final account.
