Salford Royal Rehabilitation Ward

This project comprised the construction of a new single storey extension complete with extensive internal refurbishment within the existing Rehabilitation Department at Salford Royal University Teaching Hospital.

The project required intricate phased working to ensure the Rehabilitation Department remained operational throughout the construction phase works.

O'Neil and Partners experience in working in live hospital environments ensured that this traditionally tendered scheme was cost managed to a successful completion within budget.
