Salford Royal Orthotics

This project comprised relocation of the existing orthotics department.

The Trust engaged their site based Measured Term Contractor to undertake the works, which required out of hours working and temporary partitions to maintain access for the adjacent Porters Department.

Full QS services were provided, including initial feasibility budget cost estimating, monthly interim valuations and cost reporting, and settlement and agreement of the final account.

O'Neil and Partners experience in working in live hospital environments ensured that the scheme was cost managed to a successful completion within budget.
