The project comprised the upgrade of the existing fire compartmentation within the underground service ducts beneath the Royal Bolton Hospital.

This entailed construction of new fire walls complete with fire rated doorsets, provision of new CCTV, lighting and fire detection.

To date our QS services have comprised initial feasibility budget cost estimating, monthly interim valuations and cost reporting.

We anticipate that the final account will concur with the detailed cost reports provided throughout the course of the project.
