RBH B1 Ward

This project comprised the complete refurbishment of an existing Nightingale Ward at the Royal Bolton Hospital to provide a total of 25 beds in fully segregated, infection controlled ward areas, to help ease winter bed pressures and to enhance and update the hospitals existing facilities.

O'Neil and Partner’s role as Project Quantity Surveyor and their extensive experience in working on live hospital sites ensured that this project was delivered smoothly, on time and within the Client’s budget.

Full QS services were provided, including initial feasibility budget cost estimating, contract sum agreement utilising pre- measured Bills of Quantities, monthly interim valuations and cost reporting, and settlement and agreement of the final account.
