The project comprised extensive internal refurbishment including constructing 4 number extensions and providing further specialist seclusion room facilities.
The project was undertaken in phases to work in tandem with the Trust's complex decanting arrangements.
Full QS services were provided, including initial feasibility budget cost estimating, traditional tendering procurement utilising measured Bills of Quantities, preparation of contract documents, monthly interim valuations and cost reporting, providing budget cost advice for inclusion on compensation events, and settlement and agreement of the final account.
