The project comprised of extensive internal refurbishment, new cast iron drainage within the undercroft area, provision of an external packaged plantroom, complete with concrete base and retaining walls and extensive backlog maintenance works.
Full QS services were provided, including initial feasibility budget cost estimating, traditional tendering procurement.
Traditional tendering procurement utilised measured Bills of Quantities, preparation of contract documents, monthly interim valuations and cost reporting, and settlement and agreement of the final account.
