Clinical Trials Unit & Patch Test Facility

The clinical trials unit was a fully measured traditionally tendered scheme that comprised extensive internal refurbishment within the University Teaching Hospital.

As Project Quantity Surveyors, O'Neil and Partners were then further instructed to provide measured Bills of Quantities for the additional Patch Test Facility works for pricing and negotiation with the successful Clinical Trials Unit contractor.

The Patch Test Facility involved extensive internal refurbishment complete with a single storey extension to accommodate further office accommodation.

The combined project was successfully cost managed and delivered within the clients approved funding allocation.
