This new build classroom block including demolition of existing buildings provided modern classroom facilities as part of the school’s on going redevelopment.
Full Quantity Surveying Services were provided for this and other phases of the works.
The other phases of the works included initial feasibility budget, cost estimating, demolition procurement, traditional tendering procurement utilising measured bills of quantities, preparation of contract documents, monthly interim valuations and cost reporting.
