This new build 1735 m² sixth form facility at Ripley St Thomas C of E High School provides modern state of the art classrooms and tutorial areas, a lecture / drama theatre, resource and study areas , IT suite, seminar room and students common room.

O’Neil and Partners acted as Project Quantity Surveyor, providing full services including initial feasibility budget cost estimating, preparation of contract documents, monthly interim valuations and cost reporting, and settlement and agreement of the final account.

Working alongside architect Fairhurst Design Group and contractor Projects Ltd, ONP provided Quantity Surveying services on the £150k refurbishment of the reception facilities at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester.

This new build classroom block including demolition of existing buildings provided modern classroom facilities as part of the school’s on going redevelopment.
