O'Neil and Partners provided Quantity Surveying services to Longhoughton Village Development Trust on this new build scheme to provide a Community Centre.

The project consisted of changing rooms, a floodlit third generation artificial football pitch and 2 natural grass football pitches, together with associated car parking and drainage works.

Working alongside architect Good & Tillotson, ONP provided full pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services on this and all of the Bolton Surestart projects, which provided Early Years facilities throughout the local community.
