O’Neil and Partners are proud to be associated with Leigh Cricket, Tennis and Bowling Club, who have made major improvements to their function facilities with funding support from Club members and NatWest.
ONP provided Quantity Surveying, Employer’s Agent and CDMC services to the Club, working closely with committee and council members on the expansion and refurbishment of the bar and function rooms.
The Club is frequently used for wedding ceremonies and receptions, sports dinners and other community events.
The Club’s sport facilities include six-all weather tennis courts, a bowling green and of course a cricket pitch which is used by the Leigh Cricket Club teams, Lancashire Ladies Cricket team and several junior groups.
Steve Bailey, of Leigh Cricket Club, said: "The function room is really the last of a series of improvement works we have recently undertaken. As a Club we want to continue to support the local community by becoming an all-purpose venue but needed the right facilities to do this well. We are thrilled with the results."
Pictured alongside Colin Crabb and Steve Bailey of the Club is NatWest relationship manager Andy Peet with the NatWest T20 Blast Trophy, who said: "I was delighted to support Leigh Cricket Club on its expansion of the club’s function facilities. The club does a wonderful job of bringing sport to the local community and we wish it every success for the future both on the pitch and off of it."
