O’Neil and Partners are pleased to announce their successful appointment to undertake Quantity Surveying services for Lancashire Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust’s new Measured Term Contract.
The ONP team’s vast knowledge and experience of establishing and operating measured term contracts over the past 35 years enabled them to submit the most competitive bid and secure a 3 year contract commencing June 2015.
ONP Associate, Paul Adamson, said "Measured Term Contracts enable Trusts to undertake a regular flow of maintenance and minor works via a single contractor, which reduces administration time and cost. We look forward to building a strong relationship with the Trust and utilising our experience and expertise on every project."
