Leigh Cricket Club :: O'Neil & Partners :: Quantity Surveyors

The extension and refurbishment of the existing bar and function room facilities at Leigh Cricket, Tennis and Bowling Club has provided the multi sports club with a contemporary new feel, and helped the club make better use of its facilities and location.

The extension works have provided two flexible function rooms with new entrances and new toilet facilities, whilst the refurbishment of the existing bar area to the contemporary Bar 1854 provides fully glazed views across the sporting facilities, enhanced by the extended balcony seating area.

Careful management of the existing facility enabled the client to maintain day to day business activities at all times, with only the loss of the existing function room during the extension works affecting trade.

Acting as Employer’s Agent, CDMC and Quantity Surveyor, O’Neil and Partners provided full contract administration and QS services, including initial feasibility budget cost estimating, traditional tendering procurement, preparation of contract documents, monthly interim valuations and cost reporting, and settlement and agreement of the final account.
